After suffering from what seemed like a mere gastric problem early in the year 2019, Biplob Sharma was taken to the local doctor for routine investigations. After the results of a blood test yielded a low platelet count, Biplob was admitted to a hospital in West Bengal for a second opinion. Biplob was ultimately diagnosed with blood cancer. After the completion of routine investigations in West Bengal, Biplob was advised to visit the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai for further investigation and more affordable treatment.
After travelling to the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, Biplob was investigated and his treatment began immediately. After spending over 2 lakhs in West Bengal and 13 lakhs at the Tata Memorial Hospital in the initial phase of his treatment, Biplob has exhausted the entirety of his funds. In order to complete his required amount of chemotherapy and the entirety of his treatment, Biplob is need of Rs. 1,00,000. Upon completion, 31-year-old Biplob wishes to pursue marriage and resume his responsibilities for his aging parents and younger, unmarried siblings.
